STEP BY STEP PROCESS TO MAKE YOUR PROJECT A REALITY

1. SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION

Complete our contact form to request a complimentary in-home estimate, or contact us at (904) 323-0830 to schedule a consultation with one of our experts.

2. MAKE STYLE DECISIONS

We will guide you through the stone selection process, along with any other necessary selections for your project. Once we have gathered preliminary measurements and details, we will submit an estimate based on that information.

3. AGREEMENT

Upon your approval of the material, measurements, and other selections required for your project, a deposit will be requested to schedule the next step, which is the creation of a digital template.

4. TEMPLATING

A member of our templating team will create a template, either manually or digitally, with precise measurements to guarantee a seamless installation process. This template also offers a final opportunity for us to finalize any outstanding details that require attention before installation.

5. FABRICATION

Upon completion of the template and delivery of the stone, we will dispatch the selected stone to our workshop for cutting and polishing to ensure a precise fit for your project. The duration of this process varies depending on the specific project requirements. A member of our team will provide regular updates throughout the process.

6. INSTALLATION

Our installation team will arrive and be available to address any inquiries or concerns you may have. The duration of the installation process varies depending on the project, but on average, it takes approximately 3-4 hours.
